Is this workshop appropriate for all ages?
Yes, our workshop is designed for participants of all ages. We offer family sessions as well as adult-only sessions, with content tailored appropriately for each group.
What should I wear to the workshop?
Participants should come wearing bikinis or clothing that allows access to the body areas being worked on (such as tank tops, shorts, or swimwear). This allows for proper technique practice while maintaining appropriate boundaries. Please note that no nudity will be tolerated – participants must remain covered at all times.

We focus exclusively on appropriate, healing forms of touch such as comforting hugs, supportive hand-holding, gentle shoulder touches, and other culturally appropriate expressions of care and connection.
